(OTCQB: BYOC) (the ''Company''), a global provider of B2B internet marketing analytics, technologies and services, is pleased to announce that the Company has submitted its application to list its common shares on the NASDAQ Capital Market (''NASDAQ'').

Beyond Commerce's common shares will continue to trade on the OTCQB under the ticker symbol BYOC until NASDAQ approval.
